Suwi Zlatic believes that life is the most precious thing we have. He is terrified of people’s arrogance, ignorance, and bad behavior. As a child, he wanted to become a footballer. He loves his mother very much because she is his greatest source of inspiration.
1. What do you love and what do you “hate” in your profession?
I really love the continuous learning and exploring of the wine world, most of all I feel privileged having so many great colleagues around the world.
2. Who is your favorite athlete and why?
It was Michel Schumacher, because of his endurance to develop his skills day by day to the next level.
3. Dirty (Street food) or high gastronomy?
Both, it depends on the mood. I really enjoy street food with Craft beer or natural wines. On the other side I am big fan of “old-school wines”, food and service.
4. If you were a variety, which would you be and why?
Everything in my life happens for a Riesling. Its ability to age and the different faces from super dry to sweet, moderate and low alcohols are weapons in food pairing.
5. What scares you?
Arrogance, ignorance and bad behavior is killing every conversation and experience.
6. Jazz or the clarinet?
Jazz for sure. I love the saxophone and relaxing atmosphere.
7. What did you want to be (as a kid) when you were little?
Professional football player.
8. Which personality would you like to go clubbing with?
Michele Rolland, it would be fun to hear lots of stories on how he reached that level and what the next big thing is.
9. Two-seater or SUV?
I love driving a roadster through beautiful landscapes. But as I used to live in the mountains, I need definitely an SUV to.
10. Mom’s or dad’s?
Hard question but I would say mom’s she is the person who inspired me most of all. I was lucky to have also a great father.
11. Would you rather be able to fly or be invisible?
Invisible would be fun for sure.

Sun for sure it is my source of energy…

Oh no, this is my weakness. Sweet is my everyday challenge.

Early morning, I enjoy the silence before a busy day.

To be honest I just care what people say about me, which I really respect, love and appreciate.

Life is the most beautiful thing ever, all over the time for all of us should be most valuable which we have. We should spend time with great and positive people and enjoy every single minute. Helping each other and seeing my friends reaching great goals in their life makes me happy 100%.
