Panos Katsoudas in..”Mirror, Mirror on the Wall”!

Panos Katsoudas wanted to be a football player when he was young! He loves Sharon Stone and would like to go clubbing with George Best. He is a daddy’s boy and believes that the meaning of life is family and proper parenting.
1. What do you love and what do you “hate” in your profession?
That I turned my hobby into a profession. Although I studied Energy Engineering, the wine industry has offered me many experiences, unforgettable trips and getting to know people from all over the world, who express a different mentality and culture. What I hate are people who pretend to be winemakers and don’t believe in the concept of hospitality.

2. Who is your favorite athlete and why?
Ronaldo, The Phenomenon. A footballer who combined technique, intelligence and acumen with speed.
3. Dirty (Street food) or high gastronomy?
The truth is that I like both and the choice depends on the occasion and the company. From «Mavilis» square to 3 Michelin stars.
4. If you were a variety, which would you be and why?
Chardonnay. It is a fine and tasty variety, which has a multifaceted character and adapts to each terroir.
5. What scares you?
The alienation and miscommunication of people due to social media applications.
6. Jazz or the clarinet?
Between these two, jazz.

7. What did you want to be (as a kid) when you were little?
At first, I wanted to be a dentist and then a footballer.

8. Which personality would you like to go clubbing with?
With the one and only, George Best.
9. Two-seater or SUV?
Two-seater, even now that I’m a family man. It has it’s charm…
10. Mom’s or dad’s?
I have a weakness for dad.
11. Would you rather be able to fly or be invisible?
I would rather fly high, gaze at nature and the different landscapes.
12. Sun or rain?
Sun in various expressions, e.g. a winter morning in a vineyard or on a nice beach.

13. Sweet or (savory) salty?
Savory, I’m not a fan of sweet..
14. Favorite cartoon?
Mickey Mouse, the cartoons of our generation had character..

15. What is your favorite time of the day?
When I return home and hug my kids and wife.

To chase our dreams and be ourselves.

Sharon Stone many years ago.
