Michael Fytousis is a certified Bartender from the Hellenic Bartending association and the International Bartending association with studies in Advanced bartending & molecular techniques from the Mixology Group at the Brighton of England. He has WSET Level 3 award in spirits from WSET in London(GWA), Single Malt Whisky Diploma from Edinburgh Whisky Academy and is a member of the Management Board of Greek Whisky Association. He is also a certified sommelier from the Court of Master Sommelier and from Genius in Gastronomy.
